There should be a password protection feature on MS Outlook.

I have important information in MS Outlook that is too easily available to
anyone who gets hold of my computers. Is there a password protection feature
that would help protect my data>

What operating system are you using? Windows XP Professional? Home Edition? Windows 2000 Professional? Windows ME?

PSTs can be protected with a p/word but it depends whether you want
something very secure which this isn't. Right click your personal folders
and go to the advanced button.

You can password-protect the PST file so a password is required when it
gets opened the first time in an Outlook session.

You could use EFS if you have Windows 2000/XP (and *not* the crippled
Home Edition version). Remember to export your EFS certificate because
if you lose it and have to restore your system then even you may not be
able to access your data.
