there's an echo echo echo in here here here

made a webpage with frontpage 2003, added in a web component html audio .wav
file

every time the page is refreshed, another echo of the .wav file plays (first
time refreshed, one echo, second time, two echoes, third time, 3 echoes,
etc.)

this could be cool for some pages but not this one, how is the echo stopped?

haven't published it to the net

strange thing, if the window it is in is minimized, then reopened, it plays
the audio fine

but if the window is left open and the refresh button is clicked, the echo
results

someone offline said it should work fine when published to the net, just
weird how internet explorer apparently caches the audio then stacks it on
top of each other each time the refresh button is clicked

How did you "insert" the audio file into the page??
Is it meant to be a background sound??
