The thesaurus is installed as part of the proofing tools when Office is
installed. Either some users are selecting not to install this or it isn't a
default option. Either way it is a simple matter to install it. Simply insert
your cd and select Add or Remove options> Go to the Proofing tools tree and
select the thesaurus, run from my computer.
