i have access to my boss's mailbox on my outlook - it is visible in the
navigation pane (all but the inbox subfolders, a problem i posted in a
separate quiestion. now i need to have access to yet another mailbox, and we
have gotten it to show up in the navigation pane, but it won't open.
suggestions?
