"This document could not be registered. It will not be possible to create
links from other documents to this document."

I am getting this error every time I am opening a document in Word 2003.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this.

I repaired word by running setup.exe /fa std11.msi in the directory with the
install files.

You must point to whatever msi file was used to install
