I get this message... along with:
To preserve the contents: blah blah-do a cut and paste
into a new doc. Well that does not work and using
portions of the doc does not work unless it's less than a
few pages of my now 245 page doc...Any help on how to fix
this? It seems to operate ok, adding text and saving but
I'm concerned it may got south at any moment.

Thanks Harold...I read the article and that appears to
apply to my issue...but we are running Word 97 not 2000 as
described in the article.

Just a quick note, I have gotten many of the same
warnings and the best way to fix it prior to submitting to
a client or supervisor is to save the file as a Web Page
(html) then reopening and saving in word. Minor
formatting maybe lost but easily fixed.
