Sever / Eric -

I scratched my head on this one for a while. At our company, we use a
customer database (Access mdb) located on a shared networked (Iomega)
drive. After upgrading one of our machines to XP SP2, we got this error
on that machine:

"This file is located outside your Intranet or on an untrusted site.
Microsoft Access will not open the file due to potential security
problems. To open the file, copy it to your machine or an accessible
network location."

The odd part is that the fix is through Internet Explorer, as explained
in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=303650

Fix:

Internet Explorer | Tools | Internet options | Security | Local
Intranet | Sites | Advanced | (enter share address) | Apply

Then I add the address of the shared drive (\\198.100.100.100\nethdd)
to the list.
