This message being Ignored.

When I get mail from my son it automatically goes into my Deleted Items
folder and when I do open it...it has the alert message at the top of it
saying...This message is being Ignored. How can I correct this and stop his
mail from going into my deleted items folder.

Which mail client are you using? Check the "junk mail" list, or rules wizard.
