Microsoft hosts newsgroups in many languages. You should try
choosing a newsgroup in your native language from the list at
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx
and post there, where you might be better able to effectively
communicate your problem.

Use a real news group reader and stop using the crappy web interface.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

You should not receive MVP because you are not nice.
I post here implied I am comfortable here.
I just feel the system is slow and I always get error message.
And you can not help to resolve my problem, should shut-up and try to help
more it would be better much appreciated.

My MS office ie, words and power point does not
Acknowledgement Times new roman & Tahoma
I can see these fonts in the window font folder.
I cannot see any text in the menu, I see just icons.
Tool-tip-text appears only the box but no text.
But I can use thesaurus in MS words.
I don't know what is wrong.
I cannot type with Times new roman & Tahoma.
I did reinstall these fonts, but not work.
- IE and Firefox work fine.
- I can reinstall but my CD is in Japan and it will be 3 more weeks before I
go back.

A lot is going to depend on your connection and how you access it. I access
it thru my ISP's servers within OE and it's just zippity-doo-dah fast for
me.
And it's not an Office issue.

Assuming you are now using something like OE or a news reader, you will be
much happier. That web interface is pure agony.
