You might get better responses for Outlook Express problems in the Outlook
Express newsgroup.

This newsgroup is for users of Outlook, which is the email client for
Exchange servers in corporate environments.

Also, if you have a problem, chances are that someone else has had your
problem. You can search through USENET postings using
http://groups.google.com, which is a wonderful resource to help you find
answers to your problems without having to wait for responses from others.

Please keep in mind that no one is paid to monitor these groups or respond
to questions. Everyone here is volunteering information and assistance. If
you can help answer just a few unanswered questions, you'll relieve the
frustration of other folks who are in the same boat as you right now.

I apologize to you if you feel I was being sarcastic. My intentions were not
geared toward sarcasm.

I also apologize for recommending a newsgroup that does not exist for Macs.
I do believe it use to exist, but it must have been removed since Outlook
Express is no longer made for Macs.

As for newsgroup protocol: you'd best follow it if you're asking others for
help. Tantrums and insults hurt you more than help.

Even though I filtered for "outlook" and for "express" when searching for
this newsgroup, I didn't see it tucked under "microsoft.public.internet..."

I bet Rondell and I had the same problem.

Microsoft's organizational motives are still mystery.
