I am getting the following error whenever I try to click on an
hyperlink in Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word):

"The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on thi
computer. Please contact your system administrator."

I am running Office 2007 on Vista. Any information/help would b
greatly appreciated

oh, I also get this problem, but just appear on Excel. Is the
link(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=310049) also apply to Excel.
