Due to some strange calendaring setup, plus people creating and canceling
meetings, I get a lot of meeting requests that say : "This request is
out-of-date."
I know that this is probably a generated message, so it is hard to detect
it with a rule.

(Conversation sort does not group the current and out-of-date requests).

Any hints on how to have it delete automatically ?
I can write VBA.
