That message means that the resource is assigned to more than 8 hours in one
or more days on one or more tasks in the project, such as when the resource
is assigned to 16 hours of Work in a single day time period. Hope this
helps.

Hi KS,

To add a bit, you probably got this message when levelling. In the
Levelling dialog, select "Look for overallocation on a" ... select day by
day.
