This rule could not be created. Check your folder permissions.

I get this error message when I try to set up a "RULE" so
that junk senders' messages automatically get sent to the
Junk or Junk-Email folder.

"This rule could not be created. Check your folder
permissions."

Can anyone offer a solution?
