"This subject is not trusted for the specified action."

When I try to use RichTx32.ocx v6.0.88.4 on a form I get
the following message.

"This subject is not trusted for the specified action."

This started occurring when we moved from Lotus Notes to
Outlook 2003.

Windows XP Proffessional SP1
Office XP
Outlook 2003
