Do you get some sort of message? You'll need to provide a few more details
of the symptoms before someone can help you diagnose. A specific error
message would help, as well as what version of Windows you are running, and
what Office 2000 package you have (retail off the shelf, or pre-installed by
the original equipment manufacturer, or...)
