1. How come my resources double up. For example I have added an employee
and it he appeared again later in the project at a zero cost rate.
Hopefully that is ignored.
2. Is there a canned report for Cost on resources? Something like the
report Cost/Budget.
3. Easy way to add billing rate column to resources? And use for a report?
