Thumbnail labels

The labels I've assigned to photos show up under the thumbmails in Windows
Explorer in all but one folder, and I can't figure out how to get them back
there (or why they disappeared). How do I restore them?

it's a Windows issue, not an MS Office problem. But, hold down shift key
while you toggle the view to say Icon and back to Thumbnails.
