Hi

I think what you need to do is go to View/Toolbars and
check the control toolbars option. This gives you the
option of a couple of controls to add to a spreadsheet
that you could use- there is a tick box as well as one
that is either dotted or empty. All you do is click on
the one you want and then put it where you want on the
spreadsheet. Hope this works.

I am looking for a method where when you click on the
cell it inputs a value or a symbol. It is for a
spreadsheet which stores survey details.
A user checks the paper survey and ticks the appropriate
box. The cell does not have to add up as the tick box is
only click once or not at all. I have posted this message
before and it was suggested that I use the spinner in the
forms toolbar. However this method, despite being
interesting, will not work in the above situation.
