tif file will not save

I have a fax service that sends me faxes via Tif file, when I try to save
attachment I get message "Outlook could not save the file" or "Can't Create
file: image.tif. Right-click the folder you want to create the file in, and
then click properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for teh
folder" Please Help

For what version of Outlook and where are you trying to save it?

Running Outlook 2003, I have tried reinstalling the product and also doing a
system restore back before the problem had started. It started slowely, we
would close the program then open up again then it would save, but not
nothing will work.
