I recently changed Operating systems and Office programs and have encountered
problems with the Document imaging software. I was using XP Home and Office
XP Pro and now have a second system using XP Pro and Office 2003 Basic. The
same tiff files that I can open in Office XP pro will not open in Office 2003
Basic. The tiff files are created by a service company that is no help in
resolving the issue (Neuralog). The files are CCITT Group 4 Fax, 1 bit per
sample, 1 sample per pixel. Any help would be appreciated.
