Time and Billing Database - Multiple Rates

I'm Stuck!

It's been a while since i used Access and it seems the hinges of time have
rusted in a semi-shut state

I have downloaded the "Time and Billing" database from the site and am
making some changes to it in accorance with what I need.
Basically, I am wanting to know is it possible (and if so, how) to make an
allowance for multiple rates. In my business I have a number of different
rates charged to different clients for differing work. As such I want to have
the ability to choose the rate inputted.
However, I can not for the life of me remember how.
IF someone could give me a step by step, I'll be a very happy man (with more
hair than i may do working it out alone).

Cheers

I modified the application by adding a default hourly rate field to the
Project table. That way each project has its own default billing rate. The
work hours table either already has an hourly rate field, or I added that
too. When adding a new work hour record, the AfterUpdate code for the
project dropdown sets the hourly rate to the default for that project. You
can still over-ride the hourly rate for any particular work hour record, but
the default will almost always be correct for me.
