Time and Billing Template - Budget

Does anyone know how I can calculate how much of the budget is remaining?
There are no payments or invoices involved in this.

I would like to take the Total Amount that shows in the Client Subform and
subtract it from [ProjectTotalBillingEstimate] which is in the Project Table.
The amount that shows in the Client Subform is generated from an already
established query called "Hour By Project." So I don't know if it's possible
to get a total from a table and a query that are not related.

Any help? Thanks.

This question refers to the Access Template called Time and Billing. Maybe
someone who is familiar with this template can help as this question is
specific to the design of this particular template.
