Time Based Project Views

I am trying to put together a web view that will allow execs to view the
status of a limited number of program milestones that take place over a
pre-specified period of time. Specifically I need to create a view that
shows all milestones for a window that covers 2 weeks back and and 6 weeks
forward. Is it possible to create a filter in the web view that displays
such a period or would the filter need to be created each time?
