How can I setup a rule in Outlook 2000 based on time?

e.g. Forward all my messages at work after 5 p.m. to my home address

I don't think there's any way to do it automatically. You could always
create the rule, then enable/disable it manually when you leave/return
from the office.
No way for you to just check your office e-mail from home? No webmail?
