Time Calculation

Hi

I'm looking to calculate total time in number of hours and
minutes. Presently excel switches to dd:hh:mm when
passing through 24 hours. I have the custom field options
set at hh:mm and I have tried to change this to hhh:mm
without success.

Any known solutions?
