How do you calculation time in a querry,,, example I have
a start time of 07:30 and a ending time of 16:30 how do
you calculation the difference? the answer i get is 0.375

The answer you are getting back is the decimal portion of the day. If you
multiply it by 24 you will see the actual difference in hours.
