Time Comparasion Between Office 2003 & Office 2007

Omdah

Hello people,
I couldn't find a document from Microsoft showing a comparasion between
Office 2007 & earlier versions in a matter where it will show time savings in
doing actions.

For example, how much time (in average) it will take a normal user to locate
a command using Offfice 2003 standard menu system v/a Office 2007 ribbon.
Another example, how much time (in average) it will take to create
conditional formatting in both versions.

Appriciate if someone can help me in getting such info.

Cheers
