Time Conversion

Is there a function that can convert a time to decimal
hours, minutes and seconds? Example, convert 174:20:00 to
174.33.00.

if your time is stored in A1 use
=A1*24
and format this as date

Did you really mean to format it as date? I have 174:20:00
in A1 and want to have it displayed as 174.33 I am not too
concerned about converting the seconds.
