Time Difference shown as fraction of hour

I want to show the difference between two times (entered as 09:15 and 12:45 for example) as a fraction of hours (eg 3 1/2 hours)

Hi Colin,

Fraction or decimal? The difference would be in formatting.

=(12:45-09:15)*24

format as GENERAL for a result of 3.5
format as FRACTION for a result of 3 1/2
