Time Displays 12:00 AM

I have a simple form that I created for phone messages so I could email them
to people in the office
I put at the top of the form "date picker" and formatted it to a date & time
picker. I then selected the date to display as "Wednesday, May 1, 2009" and
the time to display as "9:55 AM".
Everytime I use the drop down on the date picker the time shows at 12:00 AM
- how do I fix this?

Hello,

Do you know if there is a way to insert a time picker? Similar to the date
picker control where you can pick a time?
