I've just experienced a strange problem which I need assistance in resolving.
Yesterday I tried to publish new and changed assignments for a single
resource but that resource did not show up in the list of resources w/updated
assignments. I cancelled out of the publish at that point.
Shortly thereafter, I began to get reports of users not being able to enter
time into their timesheet as though it was outside of an open managed period.
However, I'm not using managed periods.
I tried to fix this by publishing all information. This resulted in a
second (duplicate) list of tasks in user timesheets. The first (original)
list still appears and is still blocking time entry. The second (duplicate)
list does allow time input.
Any suggestions about what might have caused this and how to get rid of the
first list of tasks?
