time errors when connecting two new client PCs to exchange

We recently purchased two new Dell client PCs as replacements for my two
bosses. There was no problem logging the machines in the domain and setting
anything up in terms of permissions etc b/c they continued to use their old
username and password.

The only thing that is not working correctly is the time stamp on incoming
messages. On their outlook screen messages look like they are received
exactly one hour prior to the actual time. their system clocks are accurate
both in Windows XP and in the BIOS -- but messages that have just come in are
stamped from an hour ago and both my bosses have asked me if there is a
chance that we have just not gotten any mail in the past hour?

Any idea why this may be happening or how I can correct it? I had learned
years ago how to synch time on a workstation with the time on the server but
the steps to accomplish this have been lost to me. Still, I don’t know that
it will help much considering that system time is ok, its just Outlook time
that is off.
