Time Format ?2

Excel 2000 ... I have a spread sheet where values were
pasted in from Access ... One Column of data
contains "Date & Time" ... However, I can only see "Date"
in the cell itself ... while the cell contents bar at top
is reflecting both "Date & Time" ...

Why can't I see the "Time" portion in the cell? (Note: I
have expanded cell width, but still only see the "Date".)
