Time function problem

Dear All,

If value in cell A1------8:30 AM and B3 9:30 AM
so i want time 8 am to 9 am than Zee network, if 9 to 10 than History.
How it is possible please revert.

perhaps something like:

=choose(hour(a1)-7,"Zee network","History")

Also, look at HELP for the CHOOSE function.
