Time keys in macros

Hi
The shortcut key to enter time in Exxcel is Ctrl + Shft + ; How do i enter
time in a cell in excel using macros using the keys Ctrl + Shft + T and
disabling the keys Ctrl + Shft + ; in that sheet to enter time.
