time lines

Im trying to add text boxes to text entered onto a timeline as a milestone.
Does anyone know how to do this.

I am working in Visio 2003.
Select the text.
Right click.
Format, Style,
Line style : eg Timeline border

I'm working in Visio Pro 2007.
right click on text shows format, then option for text field.
No LIne style of time line border found anywhere...
you did give me some ideas that Im trying.
So far, no boxes created have included the date field as well, it stays
outside.
any suggestions on how to get the date inside the boxes, and an easier way
to create them.
