TIME on SLIDE MASTER

How to put clock on slide master to update automaticly when works PPS.
I need that for one small cable TV station.
When i put time regulary from PPoint happends next:
TIME IS SHOWED , but no update when change minuts.
If i stop and start again then is updatet time showed and keep same numbers
untill next STOP/START!
My PPS need to work without stoping.

Do i need to install that app only on computer who PLAY PPS or on computer
who MAKE PPS (2 different computers i use)? Or maybe both?
