time reporting

does anyone knows how to configure Project Server to allow time reporting in
timesheet (task) page. I did change the admin options Customize Microsoft
Project Web Access then select "Hours of work done per day or per week:
Resources report the hours worked on each task during each time period." and
all that stuff however the web client does not allow time reporting ( it
tracks % progress on each task) Any ideas ???

Each of your project managers who wants to use the timesheet for tracking
progress in his/her project plan will need to open each of their project
plans, then click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments and click
OK. This will "push" the new method of tracking progress out to each user's
timesheet. Hope this helps.
