Im analyzing data in Excel via Analyze time scale data, but my concern is, i
see two different charts of cumulative % complete on my chart when i use
Project 2003 and project 2000.
Project 2000 shows a clear s-curve and 2003 drops in the first two months.
my project started 11/30/2003-7/30/2005, 2003 shows up to 13% of cpc and then
drops. whereas 2000 shows up to 85% cpc. the data was analyzed using the same
method.
