Good day all; maybe someone can help me.
I have a direct report that has a problem with keeping up with his time. I
would like to start creating a time input device that will help him. Here is
what I am envisioning (and please tell me if it cannot be done):
- A userform on his desktop (or a button that upens up this form) that
will allow him to input:
- Date
- Project Code
- Time spend (hours / mins)
- Decription of work done
This form will then input information into the spreadsheet (which I want
hidden somehow).
At the end of the period a button that will say: "Send Information to your
Assistant". When clicked either I will get an email with the file attached
or a hyperlink to the file on the server.
Possible? Imposible? Is there one out there?
