Time Sheet function

I need assistance constructing a time sheet for
department employees.

Is it possible to calculate regular time AND overtime from
time start and time end?

In other words, enter only "time begin" and "time end",
calculate regular time restricted to 8 hours maximum,
and put any excess of the 8 hours in overtime?
