Time Sheet, info request

Hi all, i'll explain my need shortly.

Every day our resources have to compile a report containing: what a resource
have done and for how much time.
This report will contain details regarding actually live projects but also
extra activities that are out of projected things (also meetings and so on).
I don't know what software i will use to implement this time sheet actually
on paper (maybe infopath or...).

My problem is that i have also to manage internal projects with MS Project
and Project Web Access, and i wouldn't have resources to write down worked
ours in both the time sheet and Project.

It seems to me that Project does not have a view in which any resource, for
each of the 8 ours of daily work, can specify what he have worked on and how
long . Am i wrong?
