The system has been configured for twice/month time periods. This has been
working for several months. Yesterday users began having a problem where
when they forwarded to the next time period (4/01-4/15) the time sheet
skipped to a single day of 4/30/05. Then moving forward again, they got to
5/1-5/15. Then when they tried to back up, they got an error message that
the start date had to be earlier than the finish date. When looking at the
resulting time period that project server tried to go to, the start date
appeared as 5/1 and the finish date as 4/30/05. When a user forward further
in time, this problem reoccurred at inconsistent intervals. Likewise, when
going back in time and coming forward, the problem again appeared on an
inconsistent basis.
