Time Stamp in Outlook

My clock on my computer (in the lower right corner of my
screen is correct), but the time in my Outlook under
RECEIVED is off by 1 hour. What do I need to do in order
to have the time in my Outlook corrected?

is the time zone also correct? double click on the time in the tray - if so,
then the mail server is wrong.
