Time stamp

Hello I have a table named E-Arg and form named E-Arg. It is a list of
customers from argentina. I need to know when the form was opened and when it
was saved I have 2 fields [Start Time] and [end time] can anyone help me do
this. If i am not mistaken this is something that I would enter into the
properties box of these two fields. I just cannot figure out whacih propert
to enter it into and what command to use.
