Time Zone and location support in Appointments

As a mobile, cross country user, I often get totally confused while setting
up appointments in remote locations at their local times. I understand that
when I set up an appointment with someone at a different location, he will
see it at his local time. However, I wish to set the appointment at his local
time rather than my own.

One solution could be to include the time zone in the appointment dialog
box. When I set the time, I can specify whether the appointment is in my time
or remote time, and see the appropriate adjustments in my calendar.

As I travel across time zones quite often, I do change my laptop's time zone
to reflect the change.

Are you aware of the dual time zone feature in outlook? you can set the
second zone for the other party's local time.

Hi,

I am well aware of the feature. Its available on the calendar, but there are
two things that would be very useful for me:
1) Have it in the appointments, so I can set the appointment at the remote
time
2) Support more than 2 time zones while setting the appointment.
