Time Zone issues on Calendar invites

I seem to have an issue when sending calendar invites across time zones. Everyone sees the meeting invite in my time not their respective time. For example, when i send an invite for 9am PST to someone in NYC it should show at 12pm on their calendar .. it show as 9am EST. I can not find any preference setting that might allow me to fix this. (This happens to everyone that i send an invite to outside of my time zone so i know it is not just one persons issue).

Any suggestions?

The receiving mail client has the responsibility to make the adjustment.
You can't adjust your meetings for all the different time zones where
you may send invites, especially if you're sending to multiple users in
different time zones.

Just make sure that your Mac OS X time zone is correct in Apple menu -->
System Preferences... --> Date & Time --> Time Zone and make sure that
Entourage's default time zone for new events is set to your current time
zone in Entourage menu --> Preferences... --> General Preferences -->
Calendar.

Hope this helps!

can we do a small test. send a single instance meeting to the same user and
a recurring one and check if both have the same issue and let me know.

If this issue is happening only with the single instance meeting then here
is the cause http://support.microsoft.com/?id=925376
