time zone problems with shared calendars and accepted invitations

Does anyone know how to solve the time zone problem that occurs when I
receive an appointment invite via email in entourage where the
appointment shows up in the correct time block in the calendar but
always shows the time as east coast time. For example, if I receive
a meeting invite for 10:00 AM on Tuseday, the time is blocked out in
the 10:00 AM spot on Tuesday in my calendar but the information within
the event says 1:00 PM eastern time. This also happens when I create
an appointment from my Blackberry via MS exchange. This has become
very time consuming to correct each individual entry in my calendar
and I'd love to find the fix. My blackberry is set to the proper time
zone (pacific time - same as my entourage setting) and the people who
are sending me the calendar invites are also properly set to pacific
time.

Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Chris

I forgot to mention that I am set up using hosted MS exchange email
with Mail Street.

Hi Chris!

Exchange Server has flaky issues with time zone support. I've had a user
in the Eastern time zone connecting to our servers in Central time zone
and going back and forth between Outlook, Entourage and OWA. In some
instances all three will be off for the same event.

The best advice I can offer is to make sure all time zone information is
correct based on the device or computer you're using at the time. Also,
make sure your time zone is set correctly in your OWA preferences as well.

Not having seen your problem personally, I would guess the problem does
lie with the Exchange Server. Definitely bring it to the attention of
your Exchange administrator.
