not sure what you're really after here but you could try
=ROUND(A1*1.66,0)
where A1 is the number of minutes that you want to convert.

Let's assume you have the following values in A1:A2 and B2 has this
formula:

=HOUR(A2-A1) + (MINUTE(A2-A1)/60)


-----------A---------|-------B------
1] 10:30 A.M .
2] 11:45 P.M. 1.2500


B2 will return the elapsed time in hours and decimal of hours (i.e. 15
minutes = 0.25 hours)

Format B2 as "number" and set decimal places to at least 3, otherwise 1
minute will display as .02 in stead of .167.
